The dispersion panels are designed to reduce the reverberation time in the room and improve the sound quality. They do not completely block outside noise, but they will reduce it if the wall is covered completely. The panels are relatively thin and can be mounted with screws directly on the wall or using a wooden stand. The product is well-made and attractive, but there are concerns regarding the strong smell that comes with it. However, the panels are easy to mount on walls and add a nice finishing touch to the studio.
