Inca's Food Vegetables Editorial Review
Aji Amarillo Inca's Food Yellow Hot Pepper, 560 grams is perfect for adding a tangy flavor to various dishes. Customers appreciate the easy-to-peel skin, making it convenient for cooking. While some users noted the peppers weren't hot enough for their liking, they still praised the overall taste, particularly for traditional recipes like papa a la huancaina. The packaging is designed to keep these sizable chiles secure, though care is needed to retrieve them whole from the can. Despite some reports of dented cans, many enjoyed using this vibrant ingredient in their cooking.
