The 45-minute workout features a 5-minute warm-up, cadence intervals, hill sets with varying difficulty, and a 5-minute cool-down. The DVD's production quality is subpar, and the music is cheesy and dated. However, the workout is so tough that you won't notice after the first few minutes. Troy's motivational techniques are effective, and the cast of accomplished women riders will inspire users to work out harder.
