    Antworten: Both models are exactly the same, the only difference is the colour of the front panel, one is black the other silver. They even use the same owners manual. The X7 version is older, it looks like they just decided to change the colour, rebrand it as a M7 'Intelli IT' & gave it a price increase! Guess you could call this clever marketing on Omrons part!? Buy whatever one you can find cheaper!

    Antworten: Yes, I think so.
  • Frage: Does the cuff contain a metal bar? Is it easy to put on with one hand by oneself?

    Antworten: No metal bar with this cuff, but have just used mine & easy enough to put on with one hand. Just follow simple instructions shown on the cuff. Great machine & if you use the app your results transfer very quickly to your phone.
  • Frage: Is it possible to attach a larger cuff to this unit? Can you recommend an obesity cuff to use with the unit?

    Antworten: Best place in Omron website, under large cuff. For me though, the unit you ask if is superb, the app not so.
  • Frage: Does this have Afib detection?

    Antworten: Yes.
  • Frage: Can a mains plug be used?

    Antworten: Yes, it comes with batteries, when I bought it, but I bought a separate mains charger plug too.
  • Frage: Can you use a mains plug also with this? Say if I found the batteries were dead!

    Antworten: Yes, a plug will work but I don't think one comes with it.
