Soluguard Multi Surface Biocide - 5L - High Strength, Ready for Use Fungi, Mould, Lichen & Algae Remover on Internal and External Walls, Brick,

Soluguard Multi Surface Biocide 5L is a high-strength, ready-to-use solution designed to combat fungi, mould, moss, and algae on both internal and external surfaces. A customer advised that using a pump-up knapsack-type sprayer can cover 30 or more square meters and that the product is best left for three days to act before being pressure washed off. It was noted that depending on the type of growth, the amount of pressure and product required varies. Users have found it effective on external walls, roofs, and garden surfaces, providing long-term protection against algae and fungus. However, it was noted to be on the expensive side and is not recommended for use in rain. Some found it to be effective in removing long-standing moss and lichens from old stonework, but it took the whole 5 litres to cover a roof after demossing the tiles. Others reported that it successfully removed dirt and moss from roughcast walls, providing a 90% improvement. While it was effective against green stains on walls and patio slabs, it had less impact on black stains. However, the product was described as doing what it claims to do. Overall, the Soluguard Multi Surface Biocide 5L appears to be a potent solution for combating growth on various surfaces, but it may be on the pricier side and not suitable for use in wet conditions.
