In general, customers have had a positive experience with the NTBAY 2 Pack 500 Thread Count 100% Egyptian Cotton Pillow Cases. The pillow cases are praised for being super soft and having a pure brilliant white color. Customers also appreciate the fab finish on the stitching and the fact that they are plenty big enough. The material of the pillow cases is highly regarded, with customers mentioning that it feels nice and cool in the summer. The color options of black and deep purple are also well-liked and did not bleed when washed. The majority of customers are happy with the quality of the pillow cases, finding them soft and well-made. They also mention that the material matches the description. Some customers mention that the pillow cases are not as thick as hotel-quality cases, but still find them to be good overall. However, there are a few negative reviews mentioning issues with the product. One customer reported that the hem was not sewn properly and there was a big hole in one of the pillow cases. This was seen as poor quality and disappointing. In conclusion, the NTBAY 2 Pack 500 Thread Count 100% Egyptian Cotton Pillow Cases generally provide a positive customer experience. They are praised for their softness, nice color options, and good overall quality. However, concerns have been raised about occasional issues with stitching and durability.
